ValueParty Practitioner – Start of the training 29 Sept 2025

Become an expert in assessing the values and culture of teams, departments, or entire organizations—and in turning insights into action!

In this program, you’ll learn how to use the ValueParty app to measure team and organizational culture, and how to collaborate with colleagues to shape and strengthen it. 

You’ll discover how to identify what truly matters to employees, uncover value conflicts and desired changes, and design targeted initiatives to foster a high-performing and harmonious workplace culture. You’ll have 30 app licenses to experiment with and apply your new skills right away.

Group Size

• To ensure a personal and interactive learning experience, the training is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. 

Training Duration

• The program consists of six 3-hour online sessions, running from September 2025 to February 2026.
  The schedule intentionally leaves time between sessions for reflection, workplace application, and collaborative learning. You’ll also have access to supporting e-learning videos.
