To the individual and group value profile with the ValueParty card game

This visualization provides the basis for entering into a well-founded discussion as a team.
You will of course find helpful instructions in the card set supplied.

First, you distribute the playing cards, sorted by memes, in a large room.
The participants are then given enough time to familiarize themselves with the content of the cards.
They then decide on their top 5 cards in relation to the questions:

  1. Which cards best describe your personal values when working together?
  2. Which cards best describe the current corporate culture?
  3. Which cards best describe a corporate culture that will be helpful and necessary in the future?

Once the cards have been selected, you start discussing them with each other.
The participants ask each other questions and explain to their colleagues how they came to their decision.
During this exchange process, the personal assessments may develop further.

So that you can better imagine what has been discussed, the number of cards per meme and question is then visualized in the room.
In this picture, this was done with the help of the cards on the floor, but you can also visualize the value profile with coloured balls in glass columns.

With the help of the values profile, it is possible to put gut feelings into words, enter into a lively dialog and clarify questions such as: What is important to us? Where do we feel pressure? What do we need more of? Which values express this and how do we bring them to life?
