This allows you to map the individual values of the group as well as the current culture and the desired culture of the team or organization.
This makes culture visible and discussable.
Game instructions are included and describe in easy-to-understand terms how to guide the process.
For larger groups, you can order additional sets of cards if you have already purchased the basic set.
